Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes)
The initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, and current demands related to work, school, and daily life.

During this visit we will review:
• current symptoms and concerns
• medical and psychiatric history
• sleep patterns and lifestyle factors
• past treatment experiences
• personal goals for treatment

Based on this assessment, we will develop a personalized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication management, behavioral strategies, supportive psychotherapy integrated into visits, or additional diagnostic considerations such as laboratory testing or psychogenomic testing.

Ongoing Care/ Medication Management (30 minutes)
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment when appropriate, and supporting stable mental health over time.

Appointments typically include:
• review of symptoms and overall functioning
• medication monitoring and adjustments if needed
• discussion of strategies to support focus, mood stability, sleep, and stress management
• ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness

Insurance and Payment
Insurance claims are processed through Alma and Headway, which assist with verifying coverage and billing.

Plans commonly accepted through these platforms include major commercial insurance providers such as Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, and others.

Patients will receive instructions by email to create an account so insurance benefits can be verified prior to their appointment.
